Flash Hook is a 2D puzzle platformer with satisfying controls, tight hand crafted levels, and open ended design that allows for creativity in taking on each screen. There are some hidden features within the game that keep speedrunning in mind! With 18 unique screens to clear that slowly increase in difficulty, and 7 optional collectables for players to give themselves an extra challenge, Flash Hook is a game for players of all skill levels. Flash Hook even has easy to edit and share levels, allowing for players to express their creativity in level creation!

This game literally changed my life. I was broke, living under a bridge being spit upon by passerby's when I decided to download this game. It was the only thing that would run on my broken down ThinkBook running Arch btw. After playing it, I was so moved by the amazing storytelling and beautiful writing that I decided to change for the better. I write this now on a different ThinkBook, still running Arch btw, but from my 39 story mansion full of luxurious statues and fountains and whatnot. Thank you for all I have Flash Hook.
We at Team PurPurple are pleased to hear that our game left such an impact on you, although we have a suggestion: We recommend replaying the game and maybe even trying the level editor! If you were ONLY able to get a 39 story mansion after a first play through, playing again and really immersing yourself with the game will likely lead to better results more in line with what we are expecting. (Note: the average after full immersion is a 50 story mansion)
